Tournament Rules
  1. The tournament will be played in accordance to the KNVB rules.
  2. The tournament is open for players born after 31-12-1998.
  3. During the tournament there will be played according the usual substitute rules per game five field players or four field players and 1 goalkeeper.
  4. The games will be lead by referees of the KNVB.
  5. Each referee will be assisted, during the tournament, by two objective experienced assistant referees.
  6. All the participating teams need to hand in, before the tournament starts, a list with the full names, date of birth and the rear number of each player, at the tournament committee.
  7. All players must play with the same rear number during the tournament, this for the election of the best player of the tournament.
  8. The duration of the games is 2x20 minutes.
  9. Each team is committed to let the game start on time. If a team is not available within 5 minutes of the stated time the opponent will be called out as the winner. The final score will be 3-0.
  10. The HOME team will provide alternate uniforms if there is a colour conflict. The home team is the team listed first on the schedule. The referee shall have final say on colour conflicts.
  11. The tournament starts in 4 pools.
  12. The numbers 1 and 2 from each pool play through cross finals for ranking 1 to 8.
  13. The numbers 3 and 4 from each pool play through cross finals for ranking 9 to 16.
  14. If two or more teams have a equal score in the pool, than the goal balance will decide who the winner is. When this is also equal than there will be taken penalties by five different players. If there still is no winner after these penalties you will continue take penalties by turn, until the decision is there.
  15. When a game in the cross final ends equal, than there will be taken penalties by five different player, if there is still no decision after these penalties you will continue by turn by different players until there is a decision.
  16. When a player receives a yellow card, he must leave the play field for five minutes.
  17. If a player receives a second yellow card during a game he must leave the game immediately and sit out the next game that his team has to play.
  18. Any player who receives a red card during a game must leave the game immediately and will sit out the very next game that the team has to play.
  19. There is a fair play cup available. The judgement will be done by appointed referees.
  20. For the best player and the best goalkeeper are prices available. The judgement will be done by a independent committee.
  21. All situations not covered by these rules will be resolved by the Tournament Committee.
